Some things you may not know about Andrea
- Always a traveler, she was born in Colombia, completed her high school and post secondary studies in Toronto, with one year in Barcelona, but found her home in Calgary.
- With her flair for style and design, her second calling would be an interior designer!
- With her love of languages, Andrea speaks English and Spanish fluently, but has also dabbled in French and Italian.
What makes Andrea a great Strategist
Andrea is an alumnus of York University, a lifelong learner with an endless curiosity for all things marketing. She is a blend of passionately creative and highly strategic with an eye for detail, which set her up for success in branding.
She built her strength in branding working at companies like Procter & Gamble, Whirlpool/Kitchenaid, and Cadbury/Kraft, where she had to focus on growing market share through strategy, campaigns, product launches, content, events and merchandising online and offline.
Today, Andrea uses her skills to help clients build brands that can last, no matter what stage of business they’re in. She works alongside businesses to understand them, their specific needs, how they’re positioned in the market to determine the best step forward. Through her experience, research and attention to detail, she has helped product and service based businesses put their best foot forward.
In her downtime, Andrea can be found planning her next travel adventure, spending time with her husband and two boys, visiting her family in Latin America, keeping fit or listening to marketing, parenting or healthy lifestyle podcasts.
