With 14 years of experience in customer lifecycle strategy, Yanny excels at mapping and managing the entire journey – from acquisition and onboarding to engagement, upselling and cross-selling, retention, and win-back. She knows how to create meaningful touchpoints that enhance the customer experience, drive revenue growth, and integrate seamlessly with back-end systems.

Her career spans telecommunications (Shaw), retail (Canadian Tire, Rexall), loyalty (AIR MILES, Canadian Tire Triangle), financial services (Amex), BPO and startups, and publishing (Maclean’s, HELLO! Canada, Chatelaine, FASHION, and Toronto Life).

She specializes in CRM and customer programs, including loyalty and referral programs, customer journeys, retention, and offer and growth strategies. She also has extensive experience with various marketing channels and collaborating with all organizational levels, departments, and types of industries.

Outside of work, you’ll find Yanny at pilates, spin, or barre classes, biking around the city, discovering new restaurants, and sharing hilarious memes.
