With a career spanning digital marketing, insurance, finance, and publishing, he’s developed a knack for translating complex business needs into smart, effective marketing strategies. Mark’s approach is grounded in data, but never loses sight of the human element – he’s all about crafting experiences that resonate.

After graduating with a Master’s degree in Applied Communications from Royal Roads University, Mark has worked with some of Canada’s most well known brands including CIBC, National Public Relations, High Road Communications and Johnson Insurance. Prior to starting at Sensible, Mark worked with Harvard Business Review helping clients showcase thought leadership on the HBR website.

When he’s not diving into campaign analytics or brainstorming brand narratives, you’ll find him behind a camera lens, lost in a good book, or exploring mountain trails. His love for photography and the outdoors fuels his creativity, while his curiosity keeps him constantly learning and evolving. Whether it’s building a customer journey or capturing a perfect alpine sunrise, Mark brings passion and precision to everything he does.
